My husband, Ron, and I have two sons (Ryan and Adam) and two dogs (Blake and Sydney). Throughout the years, we've had to deal with many care issues, and in the spring of 2006 we had a crisis when trying to find reliable care for our family. It was a very painful experience. Fortunately, through sheer chance and persistence, we found a wonderful nanny, Amanda, who joined our family and brought joy and peace to our lives.
